Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a credit card to register?No you do not. We do offer you a free account which does not require a credit card to get started. You will however need a credit card to upgrade to a "Premium" account. We do offer a debit order facility to South African clients. If you wish to find out more then please get in touch. How does your "Premium" account pricing work?Our "Premium 50" account pricing is based on a client tier model and works as follows. You will be paying us a base fee of R50/month which includes the ability to manage 50 clients and send unlimited invoices. If you require more than 50 clients your will need to upgrade to "Premium 500" which allows you to manage up to 500 clients. If you require more than 500 clients to be managed then please get in touch with us so that we can work out a custom package to best suite your needs. Can I cancel my subscription anytime?SnapBill is a prepaid service, so you are free to cancel your subscription whenever you like. If you cancel in the middle of the month, you will be charged for that month (we require 30 days cancellation notice), but we will not subject you to any fixed term contracts or additional fees. What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Diners Club. We can also receive payment via PayPal or Debit Order. We regret that we do not currently accept Cheque payments. How long can I use the free account for?You can use the free account for as long as you wish. We will never ask you about upgrading. |
