How do my account limits work?
Invoices count towards your monthly account limit. Customers who have not been invoiced are stored completely free of charge and you therefore never need to remove any of your customer data. If you reach your monthly limits you will be prompted to upgrade to a package that better accommodates your needs. You will however never be forced to upgrade.
How does the free trial work?
We provide you with free unrestricted access to your SnapBill account for a period of sixty days. After this period you are given the option to either upgrade your account, by entering your payment information or continuing on our free package. We also provide full access to your data which may be exported from within SnapBill at any point in time.
Do I need a credit card to register?
No you do not. We give you the flexibility to register for and use SnapBill without a credit card. Our free trial requires no method of payment to be entered. Even when you upgrade to a paid account you will be provided with a variety of payment options. We will not force you to supply credit card details or prevent you from using SnapBill if you do not have a card.

SnapBill is a prepaid service, so you are free to cancel your subscription whenever you like. If you cancel in the middle of the month, you will be charged for that month (we require 30 days cancellation notice), but you are not bound to any fixed term contract or additional cancellation fees.
