Only clients which have been invoiced count towards your monthly account limit. Clients, who have not been invoiced, do not count. If you reach you monthly account limit you will be prompted to upgrade to a package that better accommodates your needs - you will, however, never be forced to upgrade if you do not want to.

SnapBill is a prepaid service, so you are free to cancel your subscription whenever you like. If you cancel in the middle of the month, you will be charged for that month (we require 30 days cancellation notice), but you are not bound to any fixed term contract or additional cancellation fees.
