How do my account limits work?
Only clients which have been invoiced count towards your monthly account limit. Clients, who have not been invoiced, do not count. If you reach you monthly account limit you will be prompted to upgrade to a package that better accommodates your needs - you will, however, never be forced to upgrade if you do not want to.
How long can I use the free account for?
You can use the free account for as long as you wish.
No restrictive 30 day trials here! As long as you stay within the limits of the free account – 5 active clients per month – you will never have to upgrade to a paid for account. That's right, we will never force you to upgrade or revoke your free account privileges.
Do I need a credit card to register?
No you do not. We give you the flexibility to register for and use SnapBill without a credit card. Our free account requires no method of payment to be entered to use it and even when upgrading to a paid for account will you not be required to have a credit card. We will not force you to supply credit card details or prevent you from using SnapBill if you do not have a credit card.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
SnapBill is a prepaid service, so you are free to cancel your subscription whenever you like. If you cancel in the middle of the month, you will be charged for that month (we require 30 days cancellation notice), but you are not bound to any fixed term contract or additional cancellation fees.
