FAQs: Common questions our customers ask.
How do my account limits work?
All customers count towards your monthly account limit. Customers who have been deleted or removed, do not count, but their details are stored indefinitely and may be reactived. If you reach your monthly account limit you will be prompted to upgrade to a package that better accommodates your needs. You will however never be forced to upgrade.
How does the free trial work?
We provide you with free unrestricted access to your SnapBill account for a period of sixty days. After this period you are given the option to either upgrade your account, by entering your payment information or cancelling. We provide full access to your data which may be exported from within SnapBill at any point during your free trial.
Do I need a credit card to register?
No you do not. We give you the flexibility to register for and use SnapBill without a credit card. Our free trial requires no method of payment to be entered. Even when you upgrade to a paid account you will be provided with a variety of payment options. We will not force you to supply credit card details or prevent you from using SnapBill if you do not have a card.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
SnapBill is a prepaid service, so you are free to cancel your subscription whenever you like. If you cancel in the middle of the month, you will be charged for that month (we require 30 days cancellation notice), but you are not bound to any fixed term contract or additional cancellation fees. Send us your request for cancellation.
