FAQs: Common questions our customers ask.
How do my account limits work?
Invoices generated and pending count towards your monthly account limit. Customers who have not been invoiced are stored completely free of charge and you never need to remove any of your customer data. If you reach your monthly limits you will be asked to upgrade to a package that better accommodates your needs. You will never be forced to upgrade.
How does the free package work?
We provide you with free unrestricted access to your SnapBill account, but you will be limited to sending out three invoices per month. After reaching this limit you are given the option to upgrade. We also provide full access to your data which may be exported at any point in time.
Do I need a credit card to register?
No you do not. We give you the flexibility to register for and use SnapBill without a credit card. Our free package requires no method of payment to be entered. Even when you upgrade to a paid account you will be provided with a variety of payment options. We will not force you to supply credit card details or prevent you from using SnapBill if you do not have a card.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
SnapBill is a prepaid service, so you are free to cancel your subscription whenever you like. If you cancel in the middle of the month, you will be charged for that month (we require 30 days cancellation notice), but you are not bound to any fixed term contract or additional cancellation fees. Send us your request for cancellation.
