Services
Services may be added and provisioned to your clients via SnapBill. Services have a set of parameters that you use to tell SnapBill when to automatically invoice your client, renew a service and send payment reminders.
Once added to SnapBill a service can be ordered through your Online Order Centre or applied to any number of client accounts. Clients may add or edit recurring billing details via the Billing Management Centre or use it to order additional services for their account.
Billing Management Centre
SnapBill gives every one of your clients an automatically generated Billing Management Centre with your businesses branding. This facility is located at http://username.snapbill.com.
Your clients can login and use it to view and pay invoices, set payment gateway methods or order more of your services. A complete recurring billing history along with every invoice issued may be accessed here.
Clients can quickly and securely change their payment details from within the Billing Management Centre. Your clients will be able to make use of any payment modules you have enabled on your SnapBill account.
