Use SnapBill to send emails, text messages, and keep track of communication with our support ticketing system. SnapBill can also automate payment reminders and late payment notices.
Support Ticketing System
Snapbill has an integrated support ticketing system which allows you to organise and handle emails from clients. Categorise and prioritise the emails you receive, and store all incoming and outgoing email according to client account. You can direct emails to the SnapBill support ticketing system by forwarding them to username@snapbill.com.

Text Messages
SnapBill gives you a choice of text message gateways and can seamlessly integrate your existing gateway. There is no additional charge to have SnapBill facilitate your text messaging.

Email Threads
Search previously stored email threads or view the complete email history for a specific client at the click of a button. All correspondence passed through the SnapBill support ticketing system will be stored indefinitely.

Payment Reminders
SnapBill can issue automated payment reminders and late payment notices. In addition to manually searching and warning past due clients, SnapBill monitors invoice status and if an invoice is past due it can automatically send out payment reminders and late payment notices via email or text message.
