What is SnapBill and what can you do with it?
Quick Quotations and Invoices, Automated Charges and Powerful Recurring Billing

Use SnapBill to quickly and easily draw up quotations for your clients. Quotations are sent via email and may then either be accepted or rejected by your client. If accepted an invoice will automatically be generated and sent out. If there is a credit card present on your clients account then they will also be automatically billed. Your SnapBill account is then credited with the funds.
You may add any charge to a clients account and set the charge to recur for any period of time. This is the power and flexibility of SnapBill. When your bill date arrives SnapBill automatically generates and sends out your invoices. SnapBill groups charges, set to recur on the same date, and composes a single invoice which is sent out to your client.
Automated Statements, Payment Reminders and Late Payment Notices

Let SnapBill alert, remind and warn your clients of funds due. Upon processing or receving payment SnapBill will automatically send out statements and payment processed notices. If a client is outstanding on their payments SnapBill can warn them of account suspensions or terminations.
You may resend invoices and statements as many times as you wish and even set multiple recipients. Add a billing contact to your client and SnapBill will automatically direct any billing correspondence to this contact.
Collect Payments from Clients

SnapBill is your billing and payment gateway solution all in one. SnapBill supports the integration of your very own merchant account. Now you can accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Diners Club payments directly from your clients without any recurring monthly or annual fees. SnapBill recently integrated Netcash Debit Order and PayPal support giving you yet more ways to accept payments locally and globally.
If collections are done via SnapBill †, a fee per transaction is charged and funds are collected as credits on your account. Your clients will clearly see the charge as *SNAPBILL* on their statements. SnapBill even does fraud checking on your client before we change your clients account state from new to active. If we find anything out of place we will inform you before proceeding.
† SnapBill is currently in the process of becoming PCI Compliant and will only be offering collections on behalf of clients once this process is complete.
Manage Clients and Keep Track of Communication

SnapBill allows your to easily manage your client personal information. Add contacts to client accounts or send emails directly from within SnapBill. All correspondence sent from SnapBill to clients is logged and accessible under a clients account. This makes it easy to determine what message a client has been sent as well as view the historical responses.
Use SnapBill to email all your clients at once. Email sent from SnapBill appears to come from your own email addresses. SnapBill makes managing client communication easy and organised.
Provision Custom Services, Set Packages and Pricing and Customise Database Fields

The power of SnapBill lies in the ability for you to add your own custom services to the system. These services are customisable by adding packages, pricing and by altering the payment term or even the custom fields stored in the database. Any service added to the SnapBill system is immediately available to be ordered online by your clients.
Custom services are added automatically to your sign up form and your billing management center (so clients may order them online) and may be added manually to any client account within SnapBill. The client will then instantly and automatically be billed for the new service on their account.
Fully White-Label and Beautifully Brandable

Applying your business branding to SnapBill is easy and intuitive. Set your primary business colours and upload your company logo using the advanced branding feature. This branding configuration is automatically applied to quotations, invoices, statements and notices. Even your sign up form and billing management center are automatically branded to your business quickly and easily by setting just a few values.

Automatically Generated Sign Up Forms and Billing Management Center

SnapBill is aimed at users providing online services and because of this the SnapBill system provides you with an automatically generated sign up form (located at http://username.snapbill.com/signup) which you may direct your new or existing clients to if they wish to sign up for any of your services. These are services that you add to SnapBill and set your pricing for. Once a client signs up via your sign up form SnapBill will automatically generate an invoice and send it to them. If the client signed up with a credit card SnapBill will also bill them for you.
Existing clients may login to the billing management center (located at http://username.snapbill.com/) and view both their outstanding and paid invoices as well as the services they are currently signed up for. They may set payment methods as well as add or remove credit cards on their account. Existing clients may also use the billing management center to order and pay for any of your services online.
Useful Statistics, Graphs and Reports

View useful graphs and statistics from within SnapBill. Getting a complete overview of your business has never been this easy. SnapBill will even generate statistics for your own custom services. See what services and packages your clients have been ordering as well as what they have been paying you. View your income and expenditure on a monthly basis in both tabular and graphical formats.
